Refunds and Cancellations:
Refunds will be made if cancellation is received two full business days prior to the training event.  An administrative fee of $25 (plus any applicable credit card processing fees) will be retained for cancellations received two full business days prior to the training event.  No refunds will be made for those who cancel within two full business days of the event and fail to attend.
